The Keynote Condominium complex consists of two residential Towers and a commercial entity on the main level. The first Tower is located at 220 12th Avenue SE, where the second Tower is at 225 11th Ave SE. The Keynote towers are in the historic community of Victoria Park.
Kellam Berg prepared Conventional Condominium Plan and a Strata Subdivision Plan for the Towers and commercial area as well as assisting in complex Development Permit approval processes. Other responsibilities included an on-site Development Site Servicing Plan (DSSP) and servicing solutions, including optimizing storm water drainage.
