New Horizon Mall located in Balzac and just recently opened in May 2018. The mall concept is similar to the Pacific Mall in Markham, Ontario.
Kellam Berg Engineering & Surveys were the Civil Engineers for the offsite and onsite design of the underground infrastructure, stormwater and road/parking lot grades. What makes this project unique is the stormwater tank underneath the west parking lot which meets the Nose Creek Watershed Water Management Plan (NCWMP) for release rates and volume control targets.
