The Zen multifamily development is located in south east Airdrie in Ravenswood. Zen is comprised of 119, two and three-bedroom, two-storey townhomes, and single-level garden homes, ranging in size from 1,026 to 1,363 square feet. All homes have fenced yards and either a titled parking stall or an attached single car garage.
Kellam Berg Engineering and Surveys was involved in designing the Detailed Site Servicing Plan (DSSP), creationg of the Bareland Condominium Plan including drafting, processing, posting and registration through Land Titles Office, Field Services and inspections.
